Momofuku Seiōbo serves a tasting menu inspired by the flavours of the Caribbean and celebrates the best Australian produce. Executive chef Paul Carmichael and the kitchen team have created a menu that is always changing. Through our food, we hope to honour the cultures of the Caribbean and share the stories of the wonderful farmers and producers we work with.

The tasting menu is approximately 10-courses and is a celebration of the people and places that have brought us here.

We can cater to most dietary requirements and allergies with prior notice.
